DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Faster shipping options are made available, with an additional small fee. All domestic orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.
- We do not offer free return shipping.
- Due to various sales your purchase price will range and we will not be able to accept any returns. We charge $5.95 shipping and handling charges for any approved exchanged orders.
TEMA Athletics offers international shipping. Choose your shipping option at checkout. All international orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Customer is responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country.
TRACKING
Customer can track the package by going to www.usps.com. They will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
SERVICE DELAYS
TEMA ATHLETICS is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by conditions such as severe weather or natural disasters or the shipping carrier. In such cases, please directly contact USPS with any inquiries about the status of your package or e-mail us at contact@temaathletics.com.
RETURNS
- We accept returns for a refund to your original form of payment on items less than 40% off MSRP. The items need to be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. For returns, enclose a copy of your order confirmation along with the merchandise in the original packaging. In that case please send an email to contact@temaathletics.com with the request to return with order id. Only unworn and unwashed items will be exchanged or returned. Anything that has been washed and worn cannot be processed by our returns department.

After approx. $7.95 one way shipping, paying for a warehouse, employees, custom duty and cost of the garment, we simply cannot afford to do any exchanges or returns at such low prices.
